MMOC On-Line Store Information
The items in this on-line catalog are for members of the Municipal Motorcycle Officers of California, and those who wish to support them. There are various items, each with the MMOC logo either in color, or a single color, which are described in the details of each product. A photograph that represents what the item looks like, but it may vary slightly due to manufacturing differences and the quality of the photograph.
There are some items that are available only to MMOC members, and they are noted in the catalog. We retain the right to refuse the sale of any item to any person. You will not be charged for those items, and they will be removed from your oder before your credit card is charged.
All items are shipped via United States Postal Service Priority Mail flat rate at $8.95/package. This shipping price will be displayed in the checkout process and included in the final price. We strive to ship the items that are in stock as quickly as possible, and generally go out within two days of receipt of your order. Expect 5-10 business days for USPS delivery.
Delivery can only be within the United States of America, and we cannot ship to any other country.
8.75% California sales tax is charged to all orders that are shipped to California destinations. This tax will be shown in the final order price before the final order request is confirmed.

We do accept debit cards, as long as they display either the Visa or MasterCard logo.
MMOC does not currently support the Verified by Visa program. You can still use your Visa credit card as payment for an order, but you won’t be asked to enter your Verified by Visa password.
Is it safe to enter my card number online?
You can safely enter your entire credit card number via our secure server, which encrypts all submitted information before transmission. We do not store any credit card information on this site.
General Returns Policy
You may return new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by MMOC within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items should be returned in their original product packaging. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. Just e-mail us, and we will guide you through the process.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). We’ll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item.
When Refunds Will Not Be Issued
Refunds will NOT be issued for the following situations:
- Items that are returned more than 30 days after delivery
- Any item that has obvious signs of use
- Any item not returned in the condition it was received
If you received a faulty item and need to exchange it for the same item, Contact Us to request a replacement. If you would like to exchange an item for a different one, please return the original item through our online Returns Center (you will be refunded your original purchase price once we receive the item) and place another order for the item you wish to purchase. You do not have to wait for us to receive the original item before placing the new order.
Please note that it takes us 3 to 5 business days to process returns once they arrive at our Returns Center. You can view completed returns and refunds by visiting Your Account and accessing the relevant order summary.
